By accessing or using CalcNest.org you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

These terms apply to all visitors and users of calcnest.org, including our free calculators and our paid custom calculator development service.

CalcNest provides free online calculators for informational and educational purposes only. You may use all tools on the site freely and without registration.

• Results should not be relied upon as financial, legal, tax or medical advice
• Always consult a qualified professional before making important decisions
• CalcNest is not responsible for decisions made based on calculator outputs

CalcNest also offers a paid custom calculator development service for businesses. These terms apply specifically to that service:

Submitting an enquiry through our Custom Calculators page is free and does not create a binding agreement. A project only begins once a written quote has been agreed by both parties and payment has been received.

Payment for custom calculator builds is processed securely via Stripe. Full payment is required before work begins on your project unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices for each tier are listed on our Custom Calculators page and are subject to change at any time without prior notice — the price agreed in your quote is the price that applies to your order.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours with a scoped quote. Build turnaround time will be communicated at the point of quoting and depends on the complexity of the project and current workload. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.

Each tier includes a reasonable number of revisions to align the final calculator with the originally agreed scope. Requests that significantly expand beyond the original scope may be treated as a new project and quoted separately.

Because work typically begins promptly after payment, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are unhappy with the delivered work, contact us first — we will always try to resolve issues through revisions before considering a refund. Refunds are not available once a project has been fully delivered and approved by the client.

Once a project is paid for and delivered in full, ownership of the specific calculator code delivered to you transfers to you for use on your own website. CalcNest retains the right to reuse general techniques, patterns and non-client-specific code in future projects.

Selected CalcNest calculators include an AI Report Generator powered by the Anthropic API. Reports generated by this feature are automatically produced based on your calculator inputs and are provided for informational purposes only.

AI-generated reports may contain errors or inaccuracies. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind. CalcNest accepts no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated reports.

Some pages on CalcNest contain affiliate links. This means we may earn a small commission if you click through and make a purchase or sign up for a service. This is at no extra cost to you.

All content on CalcNest including text, calculator code, design and graphics is the property of CalcNest and may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without permission.
